Things are pretty quiet here at the moment, although not from lack of activity - we finally finished recording the new album and are now holding our breath while the beautiful and talented Mikko Herranen works his mixing magic on the whole package. Can't wait to hear how certain new elements sound. It's definitely been an interesting recording process this time around... Got roughly over 9000 tapes of our studio action though. Wonder what we'll do with 'em?
This Summer is being spent mostly on preparing for our next album release so gigs will be scarce now that we've wrapped up our latest tour with Nicole (which, by the way, was phenomenal - thanks to all the bands we played with and everyone who came out to the shows!). You can, however, catch us at Karmarock with a couple of those new songs up our collective sleeves (31.7.) and of course any new gigs will be announced faster than Sampe can say "pinch harmonics".
More updates about the true nature of stuff to come! Meanwhile, enjoy the warm weather while it lasts (I'm looking at you, Finland).

The JP version of the album will include all of the s/t EP's songs as bonus tracks, excluding "Unholy Communion" as it already appears on the record itself.

Thought I'd chuck a bit of news your way seeing as it's been a while since our last update.
Well!
The European tour came and went and kicked a hell of a lot of arse. Those blog entries Leper posted last are tour diaries of sorts so go check those babies out for pictures of respectable young adults and tales of sober tea parties.
Next up we'll be hitting a couple of festivals out here in Finland: so far Tuska, Nummirock and TLY will all be getting a piece of the action. There's also talk of another European tour later this year - that's a story for another time though, so keep your eyes peeled.
We're working on some new tunes; got a couple of right tit-stompers lined up. Sampe's got some evil, evil lyrics under his belt and the riffs to match - hopefully you guys will be able to hear a few teasers before too very long.
Speaking of Sampe, the dude got married! He's happily burning himself under the scorching Key West sun with his lady, so congratulations to them!
As a final (and completely unrelated) note, if you've ever had the dubious pleasure of travelling by London's tube, I urge you to check out the London Underground song, because it good. Very good.

Hay guise!
This weekend we'll be heading to Harjavalta to take part in a wonderously noisy one-day festival called Metalliaurinko. Also contributing to the decibel level are Lighthouse Project, Juggling Jugulars, Another Sinking Ship, Breamgod and a whole host of other great bands.
The whole shebang takes place on Saturday at Koulunranta. Doors open at 16:00 and with tickets costing only 5€, it's pretty much a bargain. Go check out the festival's website, grab a tent and come along!
